Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Gazebo Lead Installers and Furniture Assemblers to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately assemble furniture items, with a particular emphasis on gazebo installation.
• Organize and maintain a well-equipped toolkit and transportation to ensure prompt and professional service.
• Independently manage and complete projects, tasks, and jobs, both on your own and with minimal assistance, while adhering to quality standards.
• Proficiently assemble small to medium-sized furniture items, ensuring all components are securely attached and aligned correctly.
• Perform TV mounting services as required, utilizing proper tools and techniques to achieve a clean and secure installation.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear instructions, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or questions.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing the company positively in interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in furniture assembly and gazebo installation is required.
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools necessary for furniture assembly and installation.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during assembly.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to different job requirements.
• Basic knowledge of TV mounting techniques is a plus.
