Position Overview: Assemblyhub.us is located in Clovis Ca. 93612. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Gazebo Assembly Supervisor to lead our team of installers and furniture assemblers. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the assembly process, ensuring high-quality work, and providing guidance to our team members. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $28.00, along with the opportunity to start immediately and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional assembly services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of installers and furniture assemblers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, assignments, and schedules to optimize productivity and meet customer demands.
• Oversee the assembly of gazebos, furniture items, and related tasks, ensuring accuracy, proper alignment, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train new team members, imparting assembly techniques, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate and improve assembly processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancement.
• Conduct quality checks on completed projects to guarantee compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a well-organized inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring availability for team members as needed.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with the assembly services provided.
• Uphold a positive and respectful team environment, fostering camaraderie and cooperation among team members.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations for team members, recognizing accomplishments and offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in furniture assembly and gazebo installation is essential.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges and ensure successful assembly.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and customers.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture items and equipment.
